Words from the CEO-- an ideal CPA's firm
I have been engaged in the accounting field for more than 20 years. I often ask myself, what is an ideal CPA's firm?
Is their business booming? Are the number of employees growing? Is their client roster growing? Changing to a bigger office? Or is it a stage to show the personal charm of the accountants?
Some of these are normal yardsticks for measuring a business' success but I want something more dynamic and more "people focused". The final answer that emerged in my heart has never changed. The ideal accounting firm is a platform that can be used as partners, employees, strategic partners, and commissioned clients to work together to achieve a career dream. With professionalism as the structure, trust as the nutrient, mutual benefit as the purpose, and together we can create a sustainable business environment. Such a platform would be without vicious competition, would enable a positive cycle, and therefore would be the ideal firm in my heart.
I am here with the objective to show that my firm can provide sufficient economic and knowledge resources to my partners, my employees, and strategic partners, that will enable us to provide high-quality work to clients, while taking care of family life, physical health, and employee personal growth.
The environment of the business undertakings is changing rapidly. We are ready to move forward. Are you? Have a destiny, don't forget your original intention.
